At Enaya Mall, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and labels.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice) must be included with the return request.
- Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customisation.
These include (but are not limited to):
- Personal care products
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Custom or personalised items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@enayamall.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item(s) securely, using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the item is approved for a refund:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email.
- We will prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval:
- • Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- • Contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.
- • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@enayamall.com.
