Delivery Information

Delivery and Shipping Policy:

Abu Dhabi:

  • We offer delivery from Saturday to Thursday (10:00 AM till 9:00 PM).
  • Same day delivery (within 2-4 hours) will be offered for any orders placed before 5:00 pm.
  • Any orders placed after 5:00 pm will be delivered on the next working day.
  • Standard Delivery Charges is AED 25 and there is Free Delivery for any order Net value is 300 AED and above.
  • Express Delivery Service available (For Abu Dhabi Only) for AED 60, Delivery will be within 1-3 Hours, for orders placed between 10:00 Am till 6:00 PM.
  • Friday Deliveries is not applicable at the moment; we do apologise for any inconvenience that might occur.

 

Dubai, Al Ain, Other Emirates:

  • We offer delivery from Saturday to Thursday (10:00 AM till 9:00 PM).
  • Delivery will be on the Next Working Day for any orders placed before 4:00 PM
  • Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Standard Delivery Charges is AED 25 and Free Delivery for any order Net value is 250 AED and above
  • Friday Deliveries is not applicable at the moment; we do apologise for any inconvenience that might occur.

 

We promise to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We will provide regular updates regarding your order. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Another email will be sent once your package is on route to your chosen delivery address.
