How to Use
- Cold therapy: Place pack in freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
- Hot therapy: Microwave on medium power for 20–25 seconds. If additional heat is required, reheat in 10-second intervals.
- Position gel side over forehead and sinus area; secure with the adjustable strap.
- Wear for up to 20 minutes, then remove and allow skin to return to normal temperature before re-applying if needed.
