How to Use
- Wrap the cuff snugly around the upper arm, ensuring it's aligned with the brachial artery.

- Slowly release the pressure while listening to the pulse sounds through the stethoscope.
- Read the systolic and diastolic pressure from the gauge as the sounds begin and fade.
- After measurement, deflate the cuff completely and remove it from the arm.
