How to Use    

1. Attach the bottle directly to your compatible PIGEON breast pump to express milk.
2. After expressing, remove from the pump and secure the bottle tightly with the provided sealing disk and cap.
3. Store the sealed bottle in the refrigerator (at 4°C or below) or in the freezer (around -18°C).
4. To thaw frozen milk, place the bottle in warm water (approximately 40°C). Do not use boiling water or a microwave for thawing.
5. When ready to feed, remove the sealing disk and cap and replace with a clean PIGEON nipple, cap, and hood.
