How to Use

1. Tear off the top portion of the bag above the double zipper seal.
2. Gently open the double zipper seal and fill the bag with expressed breast milk up to the desired volume (max 180ml).
3. Squeeze out excess air from the top of the bag and firmly seal the double zipper.
4. Write the date and time of expression in the provided labeling area.
5. Store the bag upright in the refrigerator or lay it flat in the freezer.
6. To thaw, place the frozen bag in warm water (approximately 40°C).
7. Never refreeze breast milk once it has been thawed.
