How to Use
- For cold therapy: Place the gel packs in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Insert the cold packs into the soft covers and apply to the breast to relieve engorgement and swelling.
- For hot therapy: Heat the gel packs in the microwave for the time indicated in the instructions.
- Insert the warm packs into the covers and apply to the breast to help relieve plugged ducts and mastitis.
- To use with a breast pump: Warm the gel packs and wrap them around the outside of the breast pump flanges during pumping sessions to encourage let-down.
