How to Use
- Insert the four supplied AA batteries and attach the cuff to the monitor.
- Slide the cuff on your bare upper arm, tubing facing downward, and tighten so two fingers fit under the edge.
- Sit upright with feet flat, rest arm at heart level, relax for 5 minutes.
- Press the large start/stop button once – the cuff inflates automatically and the reading begins.
- Remain still and silent until the numbers stabilize; results appear on-screen and save to memory.
- Remove cuff, record results if desired, and consult a healthcare professional if readings are consistently high or irregular.
